The Stress Management Workshop and the Open Class in Guangzhou last month was a Success! We have 90 people joining the open class and none of them has ever practice Kundalini Yoga before! Look at the way they hold their hands at 60 degree...are they amazing!!!
这次压力管理工作坊以及在上个月广州举办的公开课可以说很成功!我们有缘与90个甚至从来没有练习过昆达利尼瑜伽的学员一起参与了这次工作坊!看着他们将手举到60度的姿势...真是让人感到惊讶!
Thanks for the Big support from Helen who is the owner of Lotus Yoga Studio as well as a profound Yoga Teacher in Guangzhou. Helen was touched and inspired by Sunder's teaching in Lijiang 's 5 days Retreat in March .
